Could you tell us about your cheeses and their place in Cypriot cuisine?

How are you developing your exports and strengthening your international recognition?

Today, ALAMBRA is a market leader with a strong global presence, exporting to over 40 countries with multiple brands and private label production services. Our strategy focuses on establishing long-term partnerships, adapting to market needs and promoting the authenticity and versatility of our Halloumi cheese. Through our participation in key trade shows, targeted marketing campaigns, and collaborations with retailers, distributors, and the HORECA channel, we are continually expanding our presence and strengthening the international recognition of our brand.


What new products or ranges are you promoting this year?
