Trade shows are privileged meeting places for visitors, exhibitors and partners. Every year, the Salon du Fromage et des Produits laitiers is dedicated to bringing communities together and connecting them around the shared passion of working with milk in all its forms.
These three days are also an excellent opportunity to learn at conferences and round tables, and to be surprised by workshops presenting unusual combinations of cheese and alcohol or olives. All of these events will punctuate the show for 3 days. What do they have in common? They will all be led by men and women who love their craft, are devoted to their know-how and have only one desire: to share their passion.
The experts' agora will welcome members of the Fédération Française des Fromagers and the CNIEL, as well as independent Crémier-cheesemakers such as François Robin (MOF) and Anne-Laure Fayaud-Allien, who recently converted to the profession 1 year ago. You'll also be able to taste daring cheese combinations and learn about cutting techniques.
