How does the Business Meetings service work?
- Access to the service
Your Business Meeting space is available as soon as you register for the show in your personal space.
- Receiving requests and making appointments
Appointment requests, based on your needs and projects, will be open from 29 April. Identify exhibitors and suggest an appointment based on your needs and the information and products they offer. You can accept or decline requests based on your projects.
- On-site organisation
Before the event, you will receive your personalised schedule, listing all your appointments to be held directly at the exhibition, either at the exhibitor's stand or in the exhibition's Business Lounge.
- Dedicated support
Our team is at your side before and during the exhibition to help you get the most out of the service.
