The artisan cheesemaker Joseph Paccard's stand looked impressive at the Cheese and Dairy Products Show 2024.

Persillé des Aravis, farm-produced Abondance, farmhouse tomme with genepi or marc de mondeuse: everything was enticing! But the company stands out above all for the quality of its Reblochon, offered in both farm-produced and organic versions.
