Led by professionals, affineurs, producers and experts, they allow you to explore pairings, craftsmanship and terroirs through guided tastings. A gourmet and educational immersion, designed to stimulate both curiosity and the taste buds. Participation in the tasting workshops is free of charge, subject to availability.

The workshops take place at the Expert's Agora, alternating with conferences and round-table discussions.

As everyone has mostly realised, alcohol consumption is on the decline, and Gen Z have paved the way for this trend of enjoying non-alcoholic drinks during festive occasions. It is now time to explore pairings between cheeses and non-alcoholic drinks. From 0% beers to sparkling grape juices, via mate and kombucha, come and taste some surprising pairings and get ahead of the trend.

PARMIGIANO REGGIANO WORKSHOP: Discover the flavors of maturation with Laurent Dubois, Meilleur Ouvrier de France

Sensory tasting of a vertical selection of three Parmigiano Reggiano aging stages, exploring the influence of time on the aromas, textures, and uses of this iconic Italian cheese. During the workshop, Mr. Laurent Dubois will present specially selected pairings designed to enhance each stage of maturation.

Moving away from classic wine pairings, this tasting invites you to take a fresh look at cheese and explore new flavour combinations.
