Emmanuella Perenzin, President of Latteria Perenzin, explains why the Cheese and Dairy Products Fair is a must-attend event.
At the last Cheese and Dairy Products Show, there were 42 exhibitors from Italy. Not least among them was Latteria Perenzin, established in 1898 in San Pietro di Feletto (province of Treviso, Veneto region).
Latteria Perenzin produces a range of speciality cheeses made from cow's, goat's or buffalo's milk, mainly from the Veneto region and the Belluno Dolomites National Park. Over the last forty years, the company has distinguished itself for its leading role in the development of organic farming. In 1987, the dairy launched the production of its first organic cow's milk cheese, a process that was confirmed in 2000 with the launch of its first organic goat's milk cheese.
Latteria Perenzin was also behind the creation of the International Academy of Dairy Art, which has trained many professionals since its creation in 2011.
