Over three days, the Cheese and Dairy Products Show offered a programme of conferences and talks focusing on the key issues facing the industry. These sessions provided practical insights into developments in the sector, consumer expectations and market prospects.

From Sunday 7 to Tuesday 9 June 2026, professionals and experts took to the stage at the Expert's Agora to share insights, unpublished studies and feedback. Highlights included: the presentation of an exclusive study on the role of PDOs among cheese retailers, an economic overview of the profession, a conference dedicated to digital marketing, and an analysis of the major trends in the cheese and dairy sector for 2026.

The programme also placed a strong emphasis on discussion, featuring a round-table session on the dynamics of cheese production, offering a deeper understanding of the transformations taking place in production and the sector.

In addition to the conferences, the Expert's Agora also hosted numerous tasting workshops. These opportunities for experimentation invited visitors to explore flavour pairings, refine their palates and discover products in a new light.
