FROMAGERIES DES TERROIRS DU SUD

Les Fromageries des Terroirs du Sud are aiming to bring together in a single entity, several traditional cheese manufactures located in the Vercors massif (Isère) or near the historical Rocamadour village (Lot) or the charming village of Banon (Alpes de Haute-Provence). They make cheese in respect of the "Savoir-Faire" of their production areas. They propose Saint-Marcellin IGP and Saint-Félicien under the brandname ETOILE DU VERCORS, or Rocamadour AOP and Briques or Palets made out of goat's or ewe's milk, under the brandname ETOILE DU QUERCY, as well as Banon AOP and other goat's cheeses under the brandname ETOILE DE PROVENCE and also Cheesecake under the brandname ETOILE DU SUD.
