Velvet Cloud is a specialist sheep dairy business, producing grass-fed sheep's milk yogurt and cheeses on the Flanagan family farm in Co Mayo in the West of Ireland. Supplying health food and multiple retail as well as high-end food service including several Michelin star restaurants. Their range includes a sheep's milk live natural yogurt, a sheep's milk soft cheese labneh, a semi-hard sheep's milk cheese with a natural rind matured for a minimum of 3 months, and a semi-hard cow's milk farm house cheese with a natural rind matured for a minimum of 3 months.
