Nested in the beautiful Aspe Valley, in Accous, Les Fermiers Basco-Béarnais Cooperative brings together over twenty farms across the Basque Country and Béarn regions.
Its mission is to unite Basque and Béarnais cheese producers who share a passion for excellence and keeping the traditional Pyrenean cheese-making heritage alive.
By working together and sharing their knowledge and resources, these farmers offer a wide variety of cheeses made from 100% raw milk!
