Fromagerie P. JACQUIN & Fils is a family company created in 1947. We are based on the borders of Touraine, Berry and Sologne, in the Central region of France. Our annual production is around 2000 tonnes of goat's cheeses. We manufacture and refine Selles on Cher AOP, Valençay AOP & Sainte Maure de Touraine AOP Traditional and Farmhouse cheeses.
