Ghidetti is our family dairy since 1937.
We have been making typical & PDO cheese for three generations.
Our dairy is located in Isola Rizza, Verona, in the heart of the agricultural Veneto Region.
We are craftsmen by nature, we keep the art of "knowing how to do well the things that people like" and many of our productions are still handmade according to tradition.
Our cheese is made only with our 100% Italian fresh milk, collected every day to guarantee our customers the traceability, recognition, quality and safety.
Our catalogue includes:
- tipical Italian PDO cheeses, from hard cheeses to blue and spoon paste cheeses: Grana Padano PDO, Parmigiano Reggiano PDO, Provolone Valpadana PDO, Pecorino Romano PDO, Gogonzola PDO.
- Italian fresh cheeses and dairies: Mozzarella Fiordilatte, Ricotta, Burrata, Stracciatella, Mozzarella di Bufala PDO, cream cheeses.

Formats are tailored to the needs of our customers, considering the different kind of cheese: from the whole wheel to grated in tin for Grana Padano, to sliced and diced for Mozzarella or Provolone.

Our cheeses are chosen by our food manufacturing partners for the quality, as well as our ability to meet the stringent food safety and quality processes required of them.

RETAIL
We work with retailers all across the world of all shapes and sizes: from local farm shops, to the major supermarkets up to e-commerce; we tailor our offering and our service to meet each retailers’ unique set of requirements. We offer:
