Since 1929, we have been able to develop a strong relationship with farm producers located in mountain areas and producing Munster AOP farm with raw milk. Traditional manufacturing methods modernized by our know-how allow us to refine, day after day, farmhouse cheeses that have won multiple awards (Concours Générale Agricole, Interprofessional Competition, etc.). They are now packaged in a case recreating the atmosphere of the maturing cellars to preserve all the qualities of our cheeses.

Faced with the development of Munster dairy and keen to differentiate itself, a cheese factory was built in 1996 and became the first to produce Munster AOP in Alsace. Today, we are the only Alsatian cheese factory to manufacture and refine Munster AOP with organic milk. On a human scale, the cheese factory processes milk from producers in the valley.

For 15 years, the company has also been manufacturing Lorraine cheeses at the Fromagerie de l'Abbaye de Vergaville located in Moselle. A complete range of flavored artisanal tomes is made there, always taking care to maintain a strong link with the local terroir (salicornium, mirabelle plum brandy, elderflowers, etc.). For several years now, our customers have been able to make these cheeses their own by personalizing the flavors or integrating the decor of their choice!
