The Gran Moravia cheese was presented this year at the Cheese and Dairy Products Fair.

When discussing Italian cooked pressed cheese, the conversation isn't limited to Parmigiano Reggiano or Grana Padano. Proof of this is the Gran Moravia, exclusively produced by the Brazzale family for eight generations. The cows graze in the lush landscapes of Moravia, and the cheese is aged in Italy, near Venice. Creamier and less salty than Parmesan, Gran Moravia offers an original and highly appealing alternative.

Highlights:

  • An ancient tradition
  • Rich milk from Moraviaµ
  • Also sold as delicious soufflés (Cri Cri snacks), perfect for appetizers
