The milk is slowly fermented at low temperature. After whey is slowly drained, the cheese curds are scooped up carefully by hand and packed into a faisselle.
Beurre fermenté…
The cream is slowly fermented at low temperature with unique terroir starter. The fermented cream is slowly churned in drum-type churn, bringing unique aroma and flavor of the terroir milk.

Traditionally made with the French manufacturing method, called “MOULE A LA LOUCHE”. The tremendous time and effort that goes into making this product gives it a unique flavor and depth of taste.
