Can you introduce Hédène in a few words?
We are a company specialising in premium French honey, combining beauty and taste, whose approach is to reinvent the art of tasting cheese and honey with unique combinations. We offer a wide range of single-flower honeys, more than twenty in total, including a number of rare varieties from the finest French terroirs, as well as preparations based on honey and iconic ingredients such as black Périgord truffles and Espelette chilli peppers. CSR is at the heart of our approach. Since 2013, when Hédène was founded, our goal has been to promote the beekeeping industry by guaranteeing fair remuneration for our partner beekeepers.
Can you tell us about your first time at the trade show?
We first participated in 2018 and haven't missed an edition since. We were already working with some great cheese makers, and the trade show allowed us to introduce our approach to a larger number of professionals in France and abroad.
What was the best meeting you had at the trade show?
In general, we love working with master cheesemakers because we share many common values, such as promoting local terroirs and searching for new combinations and flavours to help people discover new ways of enjoying our products. Every meeting is enriching, with unique approaches.
Why have you chosen to participate again in 2026?
The Cheese and Dairy Products Show is an unmissable event for meeting professionals in the industry. Visitors come from France and abroad, which opens up new markets.
What products and offers would you like to present at the 2026 edition?
Every year, we offer new honeys from limited harvests. They surprise visitors with their unique aromatic notes. We will also be delighted to present our new range of honey jams, with original, indulgent recipes combining classic fruits with iconic French honeys. Our black cherry and heather honey jam is already a hit.
