Detailed description

Description :

For centuries, monks have been renowned for making exceptional beers and cheeses. The recipes for our Val-Dieu Abbey cheeses come from the know-how developed in our Belgian abbeys. In the 1960s, Val-Dieu Abbey asked the cheese dairy a few kilometers away to develop the recipe for Bouquet des Moines and Casse-Croûte, in order to offer these cheeses to visitors. Today, the range has expanded to include a number of well-known cheeses, such as Délice des Moines, Pique-Nique, Bleu des Moines and a Herve PDO cheese matured in abbey beer.
