ARTEQUESO

Finca La Prudenciana is an agricultural and livestock farm in Tembleque where we began as farmers and ranchers. In the 80s, we understood that transforming milk into cheese was something natural and necessary, and thus Artequeso, our artisan raw milk Manchego DOP cheese, was born. To this day, we continue to take care of quality and know-how but always trying to incorporate innovative elements into our daily lives. In the 2000s we created Buenalba, a line of raw sheep's milk cheeses with the typical ingredients of Spanish cuisine: rosemary, paprika, red wine and white wine.
