• The 11^th Cheese and Dairy Products Show ended on Wednesday 3 March 2010, having played host to 5 417 industry professionals.
• 157 companies exhibited their products - 17% more than the previous exhibition in 2008. There were 46 new exhibitors this year, with 8 countries other than France being represented: Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Italy, Norway, the Netherlands, UK and Switzerland.

 

• A wider offering...

  This year, more than ever before, the exhibition served as a showcase for prestigious French dairy products. There was also a much wider international

  offering and more comprehensive "machines and equipment for the dairy industry", "packaging", "cold stores", and "cheese labelling" sectors.

  Everybody involved in this, the 11^th Cheese and Dairy Products exhibition, would like to pay tribute to the high level of professionalism that was in evidence at the event - an event which is now firmly established among industry professionals in the sector.
