 The Cheese and Dairy Products Show is the largest showcase for French PDO dairy products, with 44 of the current 45 PDO products being represented at the exhibition. A number of European PDO products will be appearing alongside the French offering: Hervé, Belgium's only PDO cheese, together with Parmigiano Reggiano, Asiago, Grana Padano and Gorgonzola from Italy and a selection of PDO cheeses from the UK. And as far as AOC cheeses are concerned, a number of Swiss AOC cheeses will also be represented at the exhibition: Gruyère, Emmental, Appenzeller, Vacherin and Tête de Moine.
